i really do not understand how and why instagram doesnt help with hacked accounts
Try to tell them more about you, your ip, when you signed up, eccc. They maybe will get your acc back!

my friend filled the form and he is waiting
but i read online that many users who had their acc hacked never heard back from IG
online you find articles about HUGE and famous accounts hacked and in those cases IG helped them to get them back
they just ignore small users

I hope you get your account back.
I got my account banned (non-hacking reason) and was able to get it reinstated by telling them someone hacked my account. Did this a few times and it worked. Took them about a week to respond to me.
