Instagram account HACKED

The account had 100k+ followers and was hacked about 8 hours ago and I emailed Instagram about the problem but they haven't responded yet... Any ideas on how to get it back in the mean time?

make sure your email attached with your IG account is secure...
 
Damn.. They changed the email and password and every time i click the secure email account it brings me to a page that is not found... I'll be honest, I'm starting to panic. The person just posted a picture just now too...
 
Man you are in deep trouble then. I consider this a Lost Account now.
 
Seriously? Instagram really won't help me with this problem?
 
I logged into this site called iconosquare because somebody wanted stats on my accounts. Not thinking it through fully, I decided to log into this iconosquare website/app and about 10 minutes later my email and password was changed. Now I feel helpless and all that hard work I put in is just erased like that.
 
Gmail or ? (The message you have entered is too short) What's the IG profile name? or its a secret.

I don'tthink they will answer on your support ticket. They are way lazy for that to care about hacked accounts. If you have email you can try to recover it otherwise create the new one.
 
Creating a new one really isn't much of an option.. This account was in the animal niche and had 102k followers with about 12,000-13,000 likes per pic... It's a huge loss, which is why I am panicking looking for any possible way to get this account back.
 
Why Are they asking for your stats? are they buying your site? So The way they hacked you is you downloaded an app to your phone and you log in to that app that they said you have to download?
 
He asked for a shoutout... And I did not download anything.. Just went on the website... I did log in with my username and password and I figure that was the problem. The website looked pretty secure/legit and worked with statigram.

It was a trap and you are really innocent. But , your account is not going to come back.
 
It was icono-square.com .... The - was the problem. And for some reason I didn't even notice it :(
