Instagram Account Disabled

So I've been trying to make a new account for the last two days. I've been following manually on my phone. The first time I tried I got suspended for four days the first hour because I followed over 200. So I learned from my mistake and made a new account. This time I only followed every hour and increased it a bit the next day. It was working really well but then I got banned that day. Not sure how come. However, it might be because I added a website? After that I made another account and followed once in one hour then another time the next. I then went to bed and woke up and did another following spree and got suspended for 3 days again. I don't know why this keeps happening. My main account I can follow/unfollow as much as I want. However the new ones seems to have many limits.
So my question to you is how many accounts should I follow per hour? And how many should I follow per day? Please leave safe numbers. Also I don't plan on doing any unfollowing anytime soon but for future reference what would be the unfollowing limit hourly and daily?

So I got suspended again today. I was only following 30 an hour. Anyone have any information on this? Would appreciate it a ton !!

My instagram account of 1.4M followers was disabled yesterday! I wasn't using any robots/programs to gain, I did a lot of promotion post and some people (who got mad when I didn't post THEM) flagged my pics for nudity (even though I made sure nothing was showing). I got a few warning pop ups, and then I was disabled!
In the past I have always filled out the hacked report, but that is no longer available. Is there any way around this? Do I need to try something from a different phone/IP address?
I filled out the disabled form that was promoted when I attempted to log in, and got an email saying I violated their terms and they can't restore my account.
In the past I've gotten this same email and my account has always been restored almost a month later, but with all of the changes to IG I'm not sure what to think anymore. Does anyone have any additional tips or advice? Please let me know, thanks

Hi Kuroshinobi, are you using bot for doing your tasks ?
And did you make new account using your phone ? Because probably your IP got flagged by Instagram.
But lets wait what the other gonna say about this.

Have you filled out the disabled form? Has the help center replied yet?

slow your follow...2-3 days

Get a vpn/proxy your ip is banned. Make a new account and start over. The limits depends on a lot. How old your account is and how much followers you have.
