Instagram account creation

I bought xGram a while ago and tried to make some accounts but the new instagram has outdated the xGram.
I'm looking for an instgram account creator that can make about 250-300 accounts I can use personally or for other people if wanted.

Does anybody have an account creator? or maybe someone could sell me 250 accounts I can use on xGram.

xgram is sold out from a long time ago and now almost dead so maybe you bought it in black.
you can get 300 accounts for 15$ from fiverr.

Please tell me who the seller is, I've been on Fiverr for a very long time but could never find a seller
