Instagram account creation problem

Created a new email (aol) and did the phone verification of email.
When i tried to create an instagram account it appears an error and than it says that this email is used by another account (something like that) .

Never had these problem before !
Any idea what am i doing wrong?

You're probably not doing anything wrong. It is just that someone used that email name to create an account. Many people create accs using fake emails, you just got unlucky and someone used yours

Maybe you created an account yesterday with this email and forgot about it and now you try again? Just kidding.
Maybe AOL is not welcome by IG? can you try do it again with a random generated gmail address and let us know if you still get the same error?

Same problem. It might be because i used same phone number for email verification many times?

Probably. you can try to use a service like pvacodes.com or smspva.com to get a fresh number

It's a device ban. If you factory reset your phone it should work again.

Instagram some times blocks user and the device which is used by the user. There are some reasons behind this mentioned below.

You maybe used an unauthorized app for Instagram like Instagram follower or like app.
MayBe Copyright is alSo a main reason if you shared some copyright information or content they will also blocked your account.
you frequently publish posts.
sometimes different IP address is also major issues.
Some of your followers may report your account.
Unnecessary use of following the persons.
Sharing unwanted and offensive or an abusive content on Instagram
Maybe it's technical issue .
You're already registered but you forgot the login info.
So I will suggest you to make a brand new insta account and follow the reason in future if you don't want to be blocked again.
