I used to use Instagress which did the follow/ unfollow and liking within my niche to get me followers, but my engagement rate suffered because of the people that only follow back out of courtesy but don't intend to engage. To grow with only active followers, I realized I have to make sure to remove all of my ghost followers to maintain a very good engagement rate. I use engagementgenie.com which does the follow/ unfollow, liking, and targeting for me like Instagress used to. But at the end, it removes all ghost followers so my account only grows with active, engaged people. Which imo is essential because engagement is more important than an inflated, artificial number of followers- especially now that Instagram's algorithm is engagement based

best ones are the organic ones. If you reach first place for your hashtags organic followers will come that will be very good. However if you're just starting your chances of doing that are not existent, you will need to grow your account a little first with follow/unfollow and the sorts. make sure you target the right people to follow though and this will work ok as well.
