Ok, here is an infographic made by the guys over at YTD showing how you can make money off YouTube in many different ways. Yes, almost everything here is basic and many of you know it, but it is a great gem for noobs / starters that want to jump on the YouTube wagon.

The point is... we all want to be Justin Bieber.

This isn't bad and it's probably the sort of thing I saw a year ago before embarking on my YouTube channel. But I have to say, it's no where near as easy or as simple as that infographic. The reality is much more different.

About 9 months ago, armed with information far more detailed than this infographic, I embarked on my YT channel, which is a review channel in a toy niche.

I'm a professional filmmaker by trade, so I have 15 yrs experience and know how to make a high quality video, so I had that going for me before I began.
Plus I have a lot of pro equipment, so I can assure you, my content is better than most.

I can tell you that even by using correct keywords, SEO, titles, desc, tags - Employing annotations, cards - Even buying a few K views to get a ranking, having very decent content - There's just no guarantees that you will make it with any success at all. I have over 80 videos, most of them are decent - They're consistent, been uploading at least once per week - But have still not tasted success, not even close - And I've been working on this full time.

So I'm afraid to say, this "YouTube bandwagon" has a few wheels off and I am out of ideas on how to get it rolling.

If you read the whole post, you would have seen that I have said that this is already known among many here. But for those who want to start on Youtube it is great information about the basics.

YouTube keeps changing the game, so we must relearn to play. What one considers to be great content, others find horrible. If your content is not good enough for you to spend a healthy Adwords budget on, low end would be $1k usd monthly spent, then its not worth anyone's time to view it and you'll struggle. Yes there are fly by night random miracles going on, but ultimately it comes down to pay for success or wait for success.

1. go fiverr
2. buy testimonial review about your clickbank/cpa
3. upload the video
4. blast/buy views, likes, comments, subs
5. seat back and relax
