Ineligible country for in-stream ads - Please help!

Hey everyone,

I have a couple of big pages with 1M+ followers, yet I haven't been able to get in-stream ads for more than a day or two. Whenever Facebook gives them back to me, they take them away due to the ineligible country problem. This May, I spent a month in an eligible country, yet my problem wasn't solved.

At the moment, I can't even request another review. It's been like that for 2 months, as the button to request review is grayed out.

Any help is welcome, and if you help me fix the problem, I will reward you.

Which country are you in, but I think the problem is the length of your video, videos that are too short will not be suitable for Facebook to put their ads on, so you won't be approved.

3 admins are all from eligible countries, and I am from ineligible. However, when I lived in the eligible country, Facebook updated my location, yet I still couldn't get the ads. I'm going back there in September for 3 months, so I'm hoping it will work. However, I am now unable to request another review, nor am I able to contact FB directly

That's what I did. Removed myself from the page completely and added the admin from the eligible country. Facebook gave me ads in 3 weeks after that, but then they took them away after a day
