Look, Indians are not dirt cheap. But let's face it. They're cheap. Just like Indonesian. The best thing we can do is to hire them. Then once they learn our skills they can be rich too like us. Then they can hire other Indians.
Then everyone will get rich.
It's just how capitalism work. It's not perfect, but it's better than all alternative.

A word to the wise, whatever country you are outsourcing to, is don't rely on the sample writing piece being authentic. Copy and paste a paragraph of their sample into Google and see what pops up. My experience has been nearly 80% of the sample articles supposed to represent their writing skill were copied and pasted from Wikipedia, .edu, and other websites.
I challenged one person with the fact that he sent me a plagarized copy of someone else's article and he apologized and then sent me another article copied from Wikipedia! Now, all it takes is one bogus sample article and no way I'll hire them.

give them a topic to write on, like ''Why I am proud to be Indian'', they will go on and on like mad...haha
