post an ad on getafreelancer like stated above. Then read the bids and ask for a writing sample. Only hire those that meet your standards.. Pay like $1 per 500 words. If you can get cheaper without skimping on quality then go for that.

Maybe you should rephrase "dirt cheap indians" lol. Why not just use DP? Most people work for pennies there

I agree with DP but the main task is finding good writers cheap - not so easily done.
Theres a guy here selling unique articles for $1 each maybe look him up
Indian quality may not be good if you're using articles for blogs or AC

I believe you didn't have enough common sense to think twice .. anyway I am not here to say that INDIANS are the best but the word DIRT CHEAP INDIANS pissed me off.. if you are so good then why the fuck work with dirt cheap indians ? Are u retarded ..

I've had good luck with GetAFreelancer. I get bids quick, and the people are usually quite reliable. My only critique with the freelancer model is while they'll finish the project, its hard to keep them ongoing, since they're always (and to be expected) trying to find higher-paying projects.

I will suggest you to write a post on DP stating you need article writers/re-writers for bulk orders at "lower rates". You will get at least 3-4 worthy writers.

You have no idea what you are talking about. How come the value of a currency determine the economy of a country.

    According to you,
20 million INR = 0.4 Million USD which means Indian is poor compared to US. Agreed!

20 Million INR = 36.77 Japanese Yen. Does that make India richer than Japan?

    Get your facts right buddy.

Yeah let's all beat up mintyfresh what a jerk! Let's get him!!

While I think it was horrible and actually ridiculous how he phrased it he did apologize. It seemed pretty sincere to me.

As for cheap though you get what you pay for, /especially/ with articles.
