Indian looking for a VCC. Please help.

Hello guys,
I'm from India and I'm looking for a VCC to buy services online. I have tried Entropay and Bancore, and I've seen that both of them charge a fair deal in terms of fees (and not just currency conversion fees).
I have heard about HDFC Netsafe. Does this work for as a virtual credit card for buying online services?
The netbanking facilities for my bank only works on websites which have the Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode logo. But I want something that'll work in all sites where a credit card is accepted. So does Netsafe work? If not, what other options do I have?

abhi2007 I'm not looking to pay 15% in way of fees. I have tried entropay and I calculated that it charges around 10% as fees. So, I'm looking for a cheaper option. Do you have any experience with the virtual card options provided by HDFC or Kotak Mahindra?

I think entropay vcc charges 5% (4.99% to be exact).
I use entropay.It works good

anilpendu I've tried debit cards for 3-4 banks in Paypal, it doesn't work. You're saying that ICICI bank debit cards (and not credit cards) work?? Can I send money through Paypal by loading it with ICICI bank debit card?

yes, . icici debit cards works. i am using it for paypal .

Keep it simple , HDFC Netsafe is back and working, other options are icici and Kotak

get a CC from icici bank against 20k fixed deposit

Kotak Net card and HDFC Netsafe both works fine as VCC.

Kotak net card not working any more n for HDFC netsafe u need HDFC bank account but we have other bank account like SBI,BOB n Panjab bank account.
Is here any body indian who add fund to entropay vcc successfully plz reply with method .....

Edit:- Paypal will not send 4 Digit Pin to your Entropay and Bancore Statement ... you will need a Real Debit Card ...
For indian users use ICICI Debit Card , HDFC NetSafe .... i Use ICICI Debit Card and it works Like a Charm Now i can send Money from my Paypal to all over world... Hope it helps You

You can verify the paypal with entropay , but it will take 3-4 days to show the transcations/pin details in entropay.
