This book has numerous descriptions of weapons that perfectly resemble the occurance of atomic bombs. I would suggest you to read the book.

I was not commenting on how successful they are but that they are making an effort. I don't know and don't have the data to compare both countries.

That book is goldmine : The Elephant and the Dragon: The Economic Rise of India and China, and What It Means for the Rest of Us" By Robyn Meredith , If you guys are interested on an economic indepth analysis of the difference between the two countries, why india couldn't reach what china did, and the fatal mistakes indian governements made through history.

We had a exchange student from India and he actually topped our university and 10 years later , nobody is still able to break his academic records.
India is full of talent, I'd say but less opportunity. It is suffering from Brain drain. Nothing to be proud of..Sorry my Indian friends.

Its because everyone got fasinated with tech after reading about Infosys profits in newspaper since 1997 that even Tier 3 city engineering colleges gets seats of students full. Nowdays they are printing news about Amazon and startups funding. And in TV channels they keep broadcasting news about Crypto investments.
Non of the people in India got enlightened about joining tech colleges unless its published in newspapers about their profits every 3 months.

Exactly. I don't think it is something to be proud of, as a country. It has to do with India not providing them the opportunity they deserved.
I am from India too and I know that most of the Indian companies are horrible when it comes to payment. They want you to work like a monster, but they will pay you peanuts.
