I also have experience that says otherwise.
Of course he doesn't. Did he test all of them? any of them? Some people are just trolling. There are multiple working ones, newer ones and older ones, I personally use a service that has been working great for the last 2 years without any issues, and there are more services that are currently working for all types of links.
I'd say that overall this is a good era for indexing services, after the fall of bulkaddurl a few years ago.
