For a service for a bunch of links, lindexed.com is the way to go.
If you are only indexing a few links on your site, use the fetch feature in Webmaster tools as it makes no sense to pay a service for that... you can even use this link for a few urls to index - https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url
