Indexing Issue

Pls who can help me work on my blog, it is having an indexing Issues. New post are not indexing.
I also need to improve my page speed.

You should see your GSC to understand where the problem lies, I tell you that lately I'm also having index problems on my blogs.

It's showing that there is no meta tag Robot.tex on my site

What I notice is that console is telling me am having no index meta tag in my Robot.tex but it not there
