Indexing for Tier2 - What do you recommend?

Well, I have been looking in BHW forums and most of the topics about tier2 indexing are kinda outdated...
I have these 3 in mind:
I have around 10k links, which I want to spread over 1 month,
I hope you can give me your recommendations and reviews from recent tests

What I do really need is:
  • Indexing rate: that's the number1, it doesn't matter if it takes 1-2 months to get indexed but majority should be.
  • Price: I hope something around $10
  • Credit card payment

thanks for the answer, but can I test them without having a plan/paying?
I'm kinda limited about cash, so I can't pay for each to test them
 
Bulkaddurl is the best indexing service currently, you just post the links.. there is free bonus too.

That's pretty right, but using it for bulk indexing (10k) for tier2-3 will cost you $200/10k links
Using it for tier1 is enough!

I am not sure if it will work though.
you can divide your tier 2-3 links and paste them in either tumblr or twitter autoposter or anything

and then send those tumblr or twitter account or blogspot or any web 2.0 into bulkaddurl..

I think it will take around 4-5 days but most of the links will get indexed
Just my opinion.

That seems like a good option indeed, I'll try to make a little research and see these indexing services and then decide.

Speed-links been working fine for me to index tiers
 
I'd recommend express indexer.

It takes around 14-16 days to index URLs but at least they don't bounce around in and out and then get de-indexed which I've personally experienced with the mentioned services, been with them for 8 years, satisfied.

Bulkaddurl isn't for mass links, well the price is a little steep if you've got ALOT of links and also, I've seen various threads on different forums recently that have said it's not doing any indexing within the last few days, true or not I don't know, just passing on info.

Did you manage to index something successfully in the past few days?
Speed links worked fine for me for quite some time, but not so much right now.
 
bulkaddurl is best but very pricey. The best alternative for me is speed links
