I tested the indexer + @, but it doesn't seem to be indexed even after a month.
I wonder if it actually works.

What indexer did you test? If the service is from here you may be able to request a refund.

1indexer, Spider indexer.
Both are really shit.

Tbh indexers can be hit or miss. It really depends on the URLs you’re working with. If the pages don’t have good content Google just ignores them no matter what tool you’re using. Lately, it seems like Google’s just gotten way pickier. If u want to get stuff indexed, u might need to mix in other things, like adding internal links or sending traffic to those pages. It's frustrating, but that’s just how it is now.

If your site hasn’t been indexed for a month, it may be because the indexing tool is unreliable or there are technical issues with the site.

It may take longer, try submitting your sitemap to Google Search Console. If you use an indexing service, some take longer.

SpeedyIndex is best imo for the price.

Otherwise buy an aged domain, set up a site on it. Then use a 301 redirect to the page you want indexed and insert the link of that 301 in the aged domains sitemap. This gets the site indexed QUICK.
