Indexation Question [I'm Confused]

When I search "Watch avengers endgame full movie" and add a filter to show results only for the past 24 hours, I got these results

My question is does this mean that these web pages published and indexed on the same day?!!!!!!!!!! or it might mean they were published and just got indexed today (For example they were on the server for a month and just got indexed today)?!

It's the publish / update timeStamp (date) search engine found while crawling the page.

They can also recognize updates by themselves probably by simply comparing current and previous version of the page, there needs to be no date in the code.

For example this Medium article was published today:

While this Quora question was just updated today (yday technically):
