If you mean static html pages, I'd like to know this also.

Someone else mentioned simply embedding the YT code into your page also does the same thing - gets it crawled asap.

There are free online video xml sitemap generators.

Basically, you follow these steps:

Add videos to pages you wan to get indexed (through plugin or manually).
install video sitemap plugin
ping google / add video sitemap to webmaster tools.

I got a domain purchased, dns transfered to hosting, wordpress installed and my site indexed in 90 minutes. This is amazing. You've saved me such a headache!
 
the wp videotube plugin does not seem to be working like back then in 2011. there are no way to edit and insert new keywords...
