If you mean static html pages, I'd like to know this also.

Someone else mentioned simply embedding the YT code into your page also does the same thing - gets it crawled asap.

There are free online video xml sitemap generators.

Basically, you follow these steps:

Add videos to pages you wan to get indexed (through plugin or manually).
install video sitemap plugin
ping google / add video sitemap to webmaster tools.
