Remove the URL from Google's index in Search Console:
And add a meta noindex tag to avoid it getting indexed again:
Using robots.txt to remove single pages is not always effective because a) the page could still be indexed from crawling links from other pages, and b) it makes your 'hidden' pages very visible to anyone viewing the robots.txt file.

you can delete the indexed url from google console. search for the url and delete it

Head to G's search console and get the indexed URL removed. Simple as that

Noindex it .. or may be include it in your robots file . and resubmit your sitemap.xml in search console.
