Increasing traffic from a post on a forum?

Hi hats,

I am new to seo, been using social media and network sites to promote my movie site.

I made a post on a forum, and can see that i sudenly got a lot of traffic from a post i made on a forum.. how can i see incomming traffic stats for that forum?

Any help would be appreciated.
