I currently do the following to squeeze the most out of my day :
1. Alternate between sitting and standing every hour.
2. Take a 5 min break every 30 mins.
3. Use noise cancelling headphones to drown out any distractions.
4. Use a whiteboard to jot down ideas as I get bored with a pen and paper.
5. Try to start the day with some weight training.
6. Eat every 4-5 hours.
I also take caffeine pills as I hate drinking coffee. Is there something else you’re doing to get that extra bit of focus?
Maybe a food supplement or a different style of doing one of the things listed above?
PS. If you’re going to suggest a supplement, please make it OTC. Not going to risk Addy
Ideally, I’d be aiming at 10-12 hour stretches of work.
