Increase visitors to a job website

Hello guys,

I new here bhw and I need a lot of advise. I have a website where anyone can post a job offer and anyone can apply to a job. I have this website since December 2012 but I don't know what I have to do to increase my visitors, all my visitors came from google Adwords and I don't want to still pay google Adwords to receive visitors also I would like to appear on the search list of google, because after spend some time on a google search (I quit on page 55) I could not find my website.

why not you go to SEO-Link Building section and try to view their offer..

It's time for backlinks! Do some tier 1 backlinks and social signals ofter do tier 2 for tier 1either.

There are lots of SEO expert around to help you fix that mess.

The amount you sent on adword could as well be used to rank
your site on the SERP for your keywords.

Apparently, you didn't get ROI from adword and you need another
option.
