Its really worth it to learn some terminology and do the phone call and get into a good top tier network if you're serious about making some $$s,

I research all before adding anything to my list. All sites in there have paid either my close friends (IRL) or have paid me.

Very usefull list, thanks! I don't like phone interviews too.
Could you suggest a network from the list, which has good converting email/zip submits offers?
I am use to promote offers by YouTube, and right now I work with content lockers. Unfortunately, converting rate is very low, about 2,5%-3%. But in spite of it I have got $10 in three days from only the one video

Just thought that you guys could suggest better offers to promote with this method.

One question, but will these networks also accept you without having a website? I plan to buy some domains and hosting in the future, but I currently do not have one. I was looking to be able to join a CPA network as soon as possible.

Depending on how you market yourself to them. If you tell them you ONLY use banners or facebook, you might be able to. However I would suggest at least setting up a hosted site before applying to most CPA networks.
