Incent Networks with No Phonecall [LIST]

Thanks for the list. I needed another CPA network with incentives and zip submit. I'm with Maxbounty and they don't have any incentive offers with zip submit.

I signed up for Adscend Media and actually got denied. Apparently they didn't like what I wrote about my marketing methods in sending traffic to their offers. Anyone have any tips on what to write?

I typically would market each affiliate offer via the following methods:

Firstly I set up a devoted domain to each offer I am promoting. Next I begin the long process of SEO to begin to receive organic visitors from Google, Yahoo, and Bing. I promote these offers further via social networking, PPC (Adwords & Adcenter), and even social PPC (myspace & fb). I have recently gained interest in your content locking program as I have heard many great things about it from Brett [that's my name]. As I grow as an affiliate I look forward to future success from both of our endeavors. As always I will follow the guidelines of each offer to the tee and look forward to our long future relationship together. Have a nice day and I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

I tore down the old version... scroll about halfway down the first page to the updated one. Pming you nonetheless
 
Stay far away from these types of CPA networks! I was using CPA Juice and my conversions stopped being counted right before I reached the payout minimum.

Way to dig up an old thread. If you would have taken the 10 seconds to download you would have seen that all these networks have a reputation of paying out. I have been continually paid by each one of these, on time. CPAJuice isn't on the list. Stop trying to +1 your post count.
