You're wasting your time trying to have them make things right.

Them not following @PetraAnn's decision is not acceptable, and if I were in your shoes I would just add that to a line item when I paid my quarterly taxes and get a deduction.

With all due respect, I have never met a non drop smm service. It's a bullshit service from my experience... maybe you guys found something somewhere, but not me personally.

We don't know all the details as to their business model... they may have just hit a bump in the road but they did the right thing and cleaned it up so Kudos to them for that.
