Inactive account with 157k followers

Hello,

My Instagram account has been more than one year old and I have 157,000 followers, but it only gets about 1000 likes in 4 hours. Is that active and how can I make my followers more active? I gain more followers by mass following and I gain about 2k-4k a week.

your engagement is around 0,6-1% which isn't really good, but it all depends on the niche. there a niches were you have a higher engagement and niches were you don't have an high engagement. check your competitors and see how many likes they get.

as far as getting more active followers, interact with them, post HQ content, good captions and just work for it.

content is king, still is. post really good content and your page will start getting better engagement. right now its a bit low good luck!
