In need of some serious help!

Hello Black Hat World,

I'm sampson, a single dad of 3 boys, after my wife died in a car wreck by a drunk driver last year. I've always made money online in different ways, ever since I was a young lad. I'm a chemical engineer, yet I do not have the skills as the mass majority of this forum does. Considering that it puts me in a bad situation while running websites, etc. I'm in a very bad financial spot due to the combinations of the events and certain people

I worked on a amazing chemical for years and tweaked it the best purity in existence. Everything was going well until this women stole my business model and even used my domain name on her site. She is now out ranking me at the #1 spot. What really irritates me is what she has went to great lengths to slander my business (Ripoff report, Topix etc.) Not even certified by the FDA to sell chemicals. I did some research on her and to find out, I'm not the first victim of her ripoff's. I spoke to a few others whom had their work stolen from her and claims it is hers. I have a file with all her information on it (addresses, phone numbers, relatives etc).

I've had a really rough year and I do not need her ruining, slandering copying my business that I spent years to have developed. I ask everyone who reads this, please do not take this as a pity post.

In a nutshell my new friends, I need her banned from google. Any ideas?

Yea Ive got an idea. If she really has ripped you off/slandered you/stolen your IP then take her to court - if you ahve the money for it (which it sounds like you dont).

If not, Just forget about her - if you spend 30% of your time/energy on trying to cause her a problem, then thats only 70% of your time you have left to better yourself - and what return do you get on the 30% you spend on ruining her... Ill tell you: NOTHING!

So use your time and energy to better yourself and forget about people that do stuff like that - doing things like that is also a waste of her time, so she is losing out anyway.
 
If anything she is being libellous rather than slanderous - which is easier for you to prove as there will be more solid evidence.

If you can prove libel you can claim damages.

Also, if she is making money from a product she stole from you and which you can prove ownership of, again you should be able prove you case and therefore claim damages.

If the legal costs are too high for you, speak to the other people she has ripped off and join forces to spread the cost.

How are we to know that you aren't the actual thief? Anybody can claim that they've developed something, perhaps you're trying to steal her designs and give her negative SEO?

I'm not saying that you are, it's just a possibility! If you have some solid evidence that this is actually the case I'm sure people will help you.

People have been found and destroyed on BHW before, it can happen again.

I agree with you and thanks for your reply. I'm in a very rough spot at the moment, bettering myself, is my top priority. My children are my motivation, and I will do whatever I have to do to give them the best life, education and happy upbringing. It's very hard juggling these task by yourself. When you loose your partner, it changes you. It doesn't help to have someone that I sold over a metric ton of material (that was meant to be distributed over to schools across the world-which was a fabricated lie to pretend they are you and watch their youtube videos of her new in ground pool. It will mess with you to say the least!

Any website advise? Good SEO tools that will not have me penalized? Chemicals are my speciality not website work :(
 
I don't understand why you are not taking legal action.

If what you say is true, then you will undoubtedly win legally and therefore financially too.
 
My domain was registered back in 2009 and hers just over a year. I would love to go into details with URL's publicly but the one who can help I will gladly give the information too and prove what I say.
 
I have Liam Neeson on the phone if you want to sell the rights as a Hollywood movie ?
 
You don't need IM, you need a good lawyer. Sue her to oblivion. This isn't a SEO matter, it's outright fraud. Wishing you the best of luck, life can be hard but things will get better.
 
Just make sure you don't ask about negative SEO as it is not allowed here. (kicking her off Google, attacking her ranks etc).
 
Is there a reason you are ignoring everyone who suggests legal action?
 
When I sold her the product over a year ago, they're was not any paper work signed that she would not do this. Which is the first time in my life that has happened, we verbally agreed upon her distribution methods. Products were shipped with papers I have not received back. Which the legal documents are the first thing that should take place before the transaction (for the transaction to be legal). I can not afford to get into any legal trouble, for the sake of my children. I've worked to hard to get to the point I was at a year prior to now.

Unfortunately, that means legally she is doing nothing wrong. If she didn't sign a contract, there is no contract for her to break.

Have you taken legal advice at any point?
 
When you posted this I was writing my reply. I made a foolish mistake that snowballed and put me in a bad spot. I need to focus on making my site better and getting back to the top. Does anyone know any good software to assist in my journey? Thanks everyone for your time, answers and questions! I'm very impressed with this forum and the people who make it what it is.
 
Yeah it sounded a lot like your reply except I realized I put myself and my family at risk by being blinded by large sums of money from the shiniest silver tongue I have came across.
 
Start writing SEO optimized pages with your keywords, and backlink your site. You could try to out rank her that way. Since you aren't playing around and experimenting I suggest you hire a professional SEO management team. They will charge around 1k but I am sure you'll get results. All the best.

This is flat wrong. Depending on your municipallity, it may be hard to win, but verbal aggreement are perfectly legal. Imagine telling the guy your hired to mow the yard that his agreement isn't valid after the work is done.

If you have communication from her directing you to do work, and source material that you used to craete the finished work, sue her. She will not be able to prove that she did the work.

In a lawsuit, all that matters is the jury.

As for your website problem, add me on skype, stevedebo (the one in houston) and I will take a look t the situation.
