In a search for good Web 2.0 Automation tool 2018

I have used a few automation tools before but all of them had one or another weak point. I need a tool that can automate :
Registration of web2.0 (support a wide range of platforms, not only blogger wp and 10 others)
Autosubmit content (loaded by me, or better - using some API like WordAI )
Import if needed images (Auto - based on keyword or manually chosen by me )
Video (is not a must)
Proxy support
Export-Import usernames and website names.

Please post your suggestions below - can be software, web tool or whatever works (No VA pls ). Thanks
