I see a lot of people asking questions about why their lists are not converting or why are they not getting sales. I read through a marketing book and found an interesting business model that I was able to implement it to email marketing. Basically it is the AIDA business model. Awareness > Interest > Desire > Action You should have the reader be aware of the product, then create an interest, next is the desire and finally the action. You should implement these four steps in your auto responder before even selling an offer. Basically don't just go off selling your offers on every email you send out. Get them interested and then create a desire for them and finally the ACTION!
