greetings to everyone

i'm trying to create an apple account on my windows computer. he won't accept the mail before he gets to the other parts. however, this mail is still zero mail that has never been used before.

how can I create an apple account? does anyone know?

I think you should reset your device, ensure all information is filled in correctly and completely, confirm the verification email hasn't been used before, and then try again.
 
Delete all your cookies or just try the easy way by going incognito. Sometimes also you need to refresh your cache so you can do that by pressing ctrl+R when your in the browser
