I'm Revealing A Profitable Facebook Campaign Based on FbDude's Poll Method.

Amazing case study man! :D I liked the way you calculated whether CPC or CPM would be profitable. I'm more into Apps but the in-depth analysis you just gave was interesting.

Any chance you can discuss the intracacies of analytics and tracking?

OP: Plus rep and thanks given. Great share.

A few questions:

1. It looks like you used a landing page - correct? I've never advertised on FB - is a lander required?

2. What's your opinion on being able to scale this process to make a $10/day profit turn into $1,000/day? I doubt it is as simple as increasing the spending budget from $40 to $4,000, right?

Thanks for your time...

Now that was some talk backed by real stats!

Nice share , very nicely explained.

One very important thing which you revealed here, which I do personally in my campaigns is to test it via CPC and the move to CPM when its making profits.

MR EX,

Is it possible to add a screenshot of the landing page you used?

Sincerely

XoRaK

1) You cannot direct link to email, zip submit offers on fb. They don't like it. You can direct link everything else. However, i like using landing pages to pre sell the offers and also it helps me track every thing. Also it eliminates the junk traffic and increases the lead quality. Because this was a 1 day campaign just to try the poll method, i did not track anything. It was just to see if poll method could work on fb or not, because i knew that it works with adwords.

2) True. Scaling up on fb is not something like you do with adwords. 10 times budget does not always equal to 10 times profits. It depends on your target demographic. If it is super targeted (est 100,000 impressions), campaign life span is kind of short. That's why you need to target as broad as possible to get the max from your campaigns with email/zip submit offers.

As for the questions by pm: I used one of the big networks for the offer. If you are looking for email/zip submits you can go to offer vault and do a detailed search there.

I don't want to reveal my landing page or my website since i promote several offers on there. I gave you all the information you need so you should test and tweak yourself.

My next case study will be for POF (plenty of fish) and i will post on BHW when i have time. Detailed with real statistics as usual.

thanks for the share....have you started your case study with POF yet? I look forward to your post on that. :)

Mr Ex very solid post, not only do you fully outline a method that is currently profitable but you back it up with proof.

Great contribution.

are you saying on your LP something like -give your opinion, and win 500$ gift card... or there are no mention of gift card, just sending to offer?

Very good one. This is much better than the eBooks and this is how it should be explained.

Hmm looks like I might have to dip into the fb game =) Awesome post! Thanks!

Thanks for the case study you had on FB. Would definitely try CPM next time I am going to have a big campaign.

To Make it even profitable, use a Voucher :) (Incase if you are jumping into a it for the first time :) )

~ExP~

Im sure there ways of "jumping into it" for the first time more than once

BH style ;)

I have not read the post OP, but thanks, I can see from the quick glance that its a full details guide!

Well done for sharing, lets hope the method still works in a few months. Sometimes sharing here is the death of a method.

Awesome case study. You gave alot of details and explained why you did certain things. Its nice to get insights like this. :D:D

Thanks for this, I have always direct linked on my FB but now going to put in more work on my landing pages.
