I'm ranking top3 with only 1 page and 0 post

Hello guys,

I have a question for you.

I have 6 domains in a really specific niche like "men hair cutting in bronx" the domains are full keyword ones, 0 branding, 0 expired domains.

These domains are now 2-3 years old and ranking between 2-8 position for the main keywords, while the home pages are static html ones, never changing.

My question is that, I want to make a blog page to make the websites rank even more, but since the main website was made in mobirise if I remember correctly, my only option is to install a wordpress on something like www.domain.de/blog/ , it works because I did a test installation.

But the question is that, would this work? Like would google allow that I have a static html website on the domain, and at the same time a blog running on wordpress on the /blog/ version of the domain?

But it won't affect ranking that the homepage is a static page made in Mobirise, and the blog is on wordpress?

With my thinking this should go without any problem, but I don't wanna do weird.
