Please give important advice. Especially how to find your first model. (I have 2 models but they are bad)
I had experience with chatting before. Therefore, I understand this area very well, but there are problems with selecting good girls.

Pick something that you can imagine the process of yourself. Having to ask for a complete business plan and solution from strangers shows a massive vulnerability in your own plan. Only fans, basic starting point is getting a model, and you have no idea how to do that? lol

Go pick something easier you CAN do. Do the only fans thing in the background to that if you want.
 
Doesn't sound like much of a journey if no actual steps are taken?
Search for similar threads, some share their experience with OFM. A lot of them mention finding models in Instagram and other social media.

You opening OnlyFans agency and have no idea how to get models? Sounds to me like opening car selling company and have no idea where to get cars. This are basics man.
 
What if it works, the job won't get done, if you don't have the ability to find a model, it won't be long-term.
 
You already have 2 models but they are bad that is why you are finding a new model? Bad option to start your journey. The best way is to train your 2 models to become better or better than scale when you earn bucks from your 2 models. Learn to be contented first before finding another, Maybe your 2 models are the key to making your journey success.
 
You should use reddit for promotion. I know many agencies getting good conversion with the help of reddit.
 
you need to spend time learning how to generate traffic. Start with YouTube videos however take these videos with a pinch of salt as most of them are course sellers and do not fully understand what they’re doing. Once you understand the basics from YouTube start looking for telegram groups or discord channels. Look for people to network with or directly learn from what people are saying in the channels. However, remember that most people talking in these chats do not know what they’re doing so find someone you trust and work together. It’s the perfect time to start OFM but it will be a long journey
 
I use social media sites like instagram and facebook to find models. I send direct messages to as many girls as possible
