I'm not getting a response from Scrapebox support.

Skimmed thru a few related threads, this is the most recent relevant one I could find.

Their support used to get back to contact form subs within a day or a couple at most. Now it's been weeks, or at this point I'd say months of no response on some things.

Is anyone else currently able to use the index checker?

Who said GSA SER is dead? I still heavily depend on GSA SER + XEvil, and sometimes RankerX. You could say GSA Captcha Breaker is dead ,there’s really no point using it anymore since there are way more advanced solvers like XEvil. But GSA SER? How is it dead when I’m still getting updates at least a few times a week? Gsa works great

GSA SER is working just fine. Using silly commercial link lists, default footprints and engines won't lead to success - the software itself is working fine and updated frequently.

You may want to adapt the default engines and/or use the new sernuke engines.
 
Looks like Scrapebox has been abandoned since mid-2023. The official thread is locked, no support replies, and new licenses/payments aren’t being fulfilled. Probably safest to avoid sending any more money and look into alternatives instead.

Do you have a SB license?

I had and have no issues reaching support through the official channels. There are even regular news on updates made and upcoming. A BHW thread is certainly not the center of the world.

official channels as in their usual support/contact page? ive been sending multiple messages and getting no reply. and ive checked trash/spam etc folders. i cant for the life of me get the basic index checker to work and im not sure what im doing wrong

last response i can see in my email is from march. i dunno when the first ignored message was sent though since its via their contact form vs direct email. but ive sent a few over the past few months about their index checker freezing and a few other things and just never got a response

That’s unfortunate. It’s my experience that many of the tools inside of scrapebox are buggy and/or not supported well anymore. I don’t use scrapebox anymore because of it.

You can make an index checker in zennoposter. A-Parser has a built in index checker. A-parser has a different workflow than scrapebox, and a small learning curve. But as it stands with the software, it’s my opinion that it’s probably best to learn another software.

I’m using zennoposter for everything scraping Google and other search engines. You have to build it all yourself though. Many people might not enjoy that or be able to. A-parser would be my next choice and I do use it for some things. Like language checking and many other useful things it has built in tools for:
