The thread is only two weeks old. Since there hasn't been any indication by the OP that he has found a suitable VA, I think it's fairgame for people to continue to post.
 
I can do all those things, and have done so for many different clients.But it's probably in your best interest to state a budget. VA do a lot of hard work, and shouldn't do it for pennies. Contracting overseas might be your best bet if you want someone to do all of the things you are requesting. You have to be willing to pay decently if you want the job to be done right. That is just my personal opinion.You get what you pay for. Low budget usually means low quality service.
