I'm looking for a virtual assistant, I need one that is competent, speaks/write excellent English, able to call and schedule meetings,research,able to use wordpress and code php/html. Also have to be able to use facebook,twitter,instagram. I'm looking for the cheapest rate per hr.

I can work as virtual assistant at very affordable rate. . I have excellent skills in doing any wordpress work from adding content to installing themes,plugins i can do every thing with ease.
I have experience with facebook and twitter as well and about basics of instagram
I can work at 1$ per hour.
Let me know if you can give me a chance.Though my english is not native but it is basic enough to communicate in a professional manner.

It will have be much helpful if you can give your budget, so those that are willing to work within that budget will just contact you. Just thought this will reduce unnecessary time wastage by those who will eventually will not agree with you on it
 
It's oxymoron. Guy who knows all that would never be someones VA. Makes no sense. You ask for plethora of skills, yet want to pay someone like he is common grunt. In this kind of deal, someone is gonna be unhappy, either employer or employee.
