I'm looking for a pop-under ad network that is less annoying

Currently I'm working with Popads on an adult website. Their rate is quite good, ranging from $1.5-$3 per 1000 impressions. However I got a lot of complaints from mobile users about the ads being cancer. So my question is does anyone know any other pop-under/popup ad networks that are less instrusive but have similar rates for 20k-30k visitors per day?

You can change pop up rate i think. So some people only get 1 pop up per 24 hours or something like that. Check out PopCash. But i think PopAds is the best popunder network.

Thanks. I tried PopCash before but the rate was lower than PopAds. Thinking about a switch since I want to create a site for the long run.

Anyone has experience with ClickAdu/HilltopAds/AdsTerra?
