I'm going to start reviewing every content BST

I think that all sellers give the MODS the best possible service in order to get the sales page etc approved.
Sadly I have bought a few services on here which have turned out to be a pile of shit and no way on this planet what I received is anything like what the MOD who approved the sales thread must have received. Sites that are offered with a TAT of 14 days and 5 weeks later not finished, articles ordered with a 3 day turnaround and 3 weeks later not finished.....

I have seen it where people are offering review copies, yet they then seem to randomly pick people to receive these copies / services, without going by order ( i.e first 10 to post ), saying reviews are for Vips and above, yet anyone seems to end up with them, must have a post count of 500+ yet people with double digit post counts are selected - all go on to give glowing feedback.

Maybe it's because I am from Yorkshire and speak my mind, but I have gone back to a handful of people who I reviewed their product / service and told them it was crap, it was not worth the price or it doesn't work..

This idea is bringing out exactly what I wanted.

- buyers who have been ripped off by getting something not advertised
- sellers who have provided the forum with great service and are awarded for so
- sellers who are being outed for bad service and don't like it

Meanwhile on content BSTs:

Yeah I definitely do provide the forum with a great service and get awarded for doing so!

They are good, but people like to give the mods the best experience (which is surely biased), and the service provided at the time of the mod review will be different than the service provided to buyers several months later.

There are content services from 2012 that haven't been reviewed by a mod in 4 years, for example. The writers and quality will have surely pivoted by now, so that's where I'll come in a re-test it.

Also, I'll account for things such a pricing for what you get. If you're paying $15 for an article, I'll only give it a stamp if it's worth at least $15.
Well, by telling them that you will be reviewing their service, how will that result in any difference to the Mod's review?

Who said I'll be telling them?

Damn it, this thread is really taking off

Do you not think by announcing to the forum that you are doing reviews they are doing the same?

I get what you are saying, completely... Go for it if you want to do it.

But I've bought stuff as myself after I've reviewed it. I've not noticed a drop in quality yet.

We are very tough on people that want to sell on the marketplace, you really do have to deliver exactly what you say you will to be approved.

But as you say, there are threads from 2012 around.

So far I have always trusted on the mod reviews and they have never let me down.

If a mod approves a thread with some positive details about the service that definitely gives it a decent trustflow and reputation.

Or did you had some specific experience which was bad regarding the delivered quality of some service? :)

Regards,

Finn

1) Order anonymously.

2) Post the full content (exact as you received from seller) in the sales thread.

3) Describe why/what you have liked and what not.

Only this way it will be fair for both party.

Less than 25% of BST submissions I have seen get approved. I've rejected services which other mods have tried to sell recently...

If I say it's a good service, it's an honest and informed review. I've been involved in IM since 2011, I know the difference between good and not so good

As for the services you bought that were less than good, did you leave a review?

Then buy from sellers anonymously and give your honest review (on their thread) like everyone else does. What makes you special? Starting a thread saying you're going to give content sellers a seal of approval is absurd.

Exactly what I said to him, he is announcing proudly that he will be a badass in reviewing all bst. If you were smart enough, you should have done it anonymously, without creating this thread at the first place, its life health inspectors informing restaurants that they will be doing hygiene inspection very soon. Now that you created this thread, don't you think that bst sellers will give you the same privileges and "best experiences" that mod gets?

Man, you're sticking to the guru playbook like the cure is in it. It's almost like I've seen this exact same tactic before. I give this thread a WinScore of 1.
Haha, yeah I agree. It is a very "guru" type of move. Interested to hear all the thoughts, as it appears there is a lot of controversy here and it's bringing out a lot of opinions. Lets see what the thoughts are from the buyers, before I do anything further.

What are you suggesting, that people will provide me better service because I am who I am? (whatever that may be)

Funny thing is, one of the guys who thanked your post actually knew I was a top 25 on here when I bought his services, and he still had no interest in working things out with me. I would think buying under my own name would bring bias too, but it seems some sellers, it doesn't.

He's purely agreeing with you for the sole purpose of going against me.

No, I'm saying you're not special, your seal of approval means nothing and to buy under your name, without announcing it and then leave your review afterwards, just like everyone else does...

Why not just create a thread reviewing every service. You can post in the thread when you have reviewed a service. Make sure you buy the content or service anonymously and when you use the service just write about the quality on a thread. If the thread gets good traction and people like it. It can be posted as sticky.

I'm not saying you have done it wrong IKSEO. I'm suggesting that the service quality changes. I see it as: more reviews, the better. I trust your reviews lately, no doubt. This was not meant to compete.

Your just trying to raise your ego lol.

Your "stamp" has 0 authority besides the blatant advertisements. Mods already do a fine job and leave it up to the people to review stuff themselves.. dont pull this guru shit
