Just going to outsource a few things here and there!

Uploading my first video today, it's a really excellent video that will surely entice the crowd.

Just purchased 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watch time to get me into the Youtube Partnership Program.

Going to upload 1 video a day & do a little blackhat per video. Going to do some clickbait stuff as well to get people to subscribe and comment.

Will obviously do whitehat SEO like awesome thumbnails, headers, description, tags, etc...

Will probably run into a few hiccups here and there so I'll let you guys know how I go about everything.

I'm currently running 1 mildly successful channel out of 2 started :) Only around $50 a day but its something and I know it works! Scaling will always have issues, just gotta figure it out when the time comes!
 
Ah well that’s different then my friend. $50 per day on YouTube is good - So maybe if you started with - I’m currently making $1500 per month and I’m pushing it to 10k lol.

yeah but this is a second channel i'm starting with all i've learned. nice and fresh. I'm guna try and scale the other one as well but that one took me so long to make and tons of mistakes. but yes, shouldve mentioned that!

I paid around $40 for 1000 Real High Quality Subscribers and the 4000 hours cost about $80.
My video cost me around $65 for script writer, voiceover artist, and video maker. took me like 2 days to vet those freelancers but really got lucky with high quality guys!

Thanks man will do. I don't think I'll be banished haha I've been through the process before :) not doing anything crazy, just agressive SEO and really high quality/well-researched videos.

I usually go on Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer. I think being able to vet freelancers is a very good skill which everyone should learn. like finding the best quality freelancers at the lowest cost could really make you a lot of money if you know what you're doing.

I dont really wait at all. As soon as I publish my video, Ill send the views/retention and subscribers.

You guys also need a Google Adsense account approved in order to monetize Youtube properly.

The 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours is only for Youtube Partnership.
