I'm Going Into Surgery In A Few Hours

This forum has become a family to me, and the people that are part of it really does affect me :)

...I'm not gay ;)

Hope the recovery goes well :)

Its good to hear that surgery went well. Now just rest and don't rush back to work... Take your time :)

Thank you everyone who posted in this thread (I ran out of "Thanks").

I'm a bit more coherent today as the anaesthesia wore off. I have to wear this splint-cast dressing around my hand and forearm for about a week (sorry about the bad photo). The surgeon did a transverse incision like I wanted (the scar blends in with the folds on the skin). I can't drive or do much else except type with one hand, so I'll probably still hang out around BHW, but I'll just read more than type.

Thank you again, everyone!

On the plus side, if you get some kind of unwanted intruder, you've got an arm club to beat them to death with.

I hope that works out for you and eager to here how it goes, I have to get something like that removed from my shoulder.

I'm posting here on my phone in bed with my other hand as there's not much I can do right now. It was an outpatient surgery and I'm fine as long as I don't try to use my right hand.

Good that the ordeal is over. Now you should keep those fingers moving inside so they don't become stiff..... anyway, any good-looking nurse (female) around the slaughter house who can help you do that constantly? :)

Best of luck, however i don't know how long it will take for your complete health. I will pray for you that your surgery would be successful and there is no side effect after it.
