Sorry, I should've posted an image on the original post. It's a sack of synovial fluid (that's the fluid that lubricates your joints) that usually forms on a joint following an injury or repeated stress to the joint. The dorsal side of the wrist is the "top" side, which is where mine is located. They usually don't cause pain unless they're pressing up against a nerve or tendon, which is exactly what happened to me.I was actually going to request you to explain this in plain "English" but then I remember, Google is my friend.
