I'm Addicted To Buying Domains

So guys I just wanted to know if anyone else has the same problem as me...

I read in Kinlee's $10,000 a month journey that the best way to find Niche's is just talk to people and listen to their problems, hobbies and interests, then going and seeing if there are Niche's that take care of those topics.

Since I've started doing that, I've bought so many damn domains, I think I'm addicted.

I've bought 20 so far this month...

Only problem is that I don't get time to build all the sites! I think I'm an addict!

Should I still keep looking for opportunities and buying the domains or should I stop and focus on the ones i've already got?

Does anyone else have this problem?

Concentrate on one first. Otherwise you will get lost. Back in the day when I was a super affiliate I ran 100s's. Unless you have staff it's way too much to take on. Concentrate on the one first that interests you the most and do it very, very well.

Yeah, but not when you are just starting and you don't have enough resources. Besides, if you are saying that owning 20 domains isn't much, then you are not building authority sites but thin ones. It's ok strategy, but not really long-term.

lol, I always get a kick out of people that tell others what they are doing, and what they are not.
 
I know a guy whos buying several hundreds domains/day for parking purposes. 20/month is really not that many.
 
Yeah, if you can get traffic and monetize them all, fill them with content and rank well - then it's fine. But as a one-person outfit that's not going to happen. In the last couple of years it was easy enough to do so with thin affiliate sites. Depends on your budget. If you have a team then 20 a month is nothing, if the OP is just starting out then he wants to not waste his money - EMD are a thing of the past and concentrate on quality rather than quantity.
 
OP - how much resource do you have and what do you plan do do with these domains?
 
Stop buying domains for now and work to get these 20 up and running, and then buy 20 more. Rinse, repeat. You'll have a network of sites that can earn.
 
I can go with Adam`s suggestion... Work on those 20 first...

How can you make such a bold statement? You're comparing a domain parker by trade against some guy, for all you know he could be on welfare. Or someone from India making $10/day.
 
I've recently got back into buying domains - 90% new but the odd auction.
If I can make $5000 from a site inside 3 months for a product or service,m then investing a day or two and maybe a couple of hundred dollars getting it set up is not so much trouble.
Some products, services or information are very ephemeral these days. Here today - gone tomorrow. TV sets, phones, celeb stuff, festivals, some mucis etc.
I'm not going to invest time and money on a massive authority site for a service or product with a very short lifespan - so these smaller domains do the trick. About 10 maybe 20 at a time is all I want. No adsense either - just real product sales.

I'm not really comparing, but saying 20 domains/month means "addicted"...that's bold IMO :)
 
You should stop and focus on the ones you've already got and try to monetize theam ASAP so that when the next year rolls around you can take a look at each one and decide which ones are worth keeping and which ones are not needless to say the ones that aren't making any money don't get renewed as simple as that! That's what I do and it's a good strategy.
 
Work on one site at a time or get someone to build them up for you.

What are you going to use those domains for?
 
I'm just curious how much are you paying for your domains and hosting? I mean for each one?
 
you can build a decent blog network :d

dont buy more domains.. just work on them one by one.
