I'm from India too, initially they rejected my application with the mail I'm from the country who spam the network.
Then I replied to them with my promotion method and proof of earning which I earned from another network. Soon they approved.

If your really using fb ads you shouldn't have any problem. Send them proof of your earnings. That should help

Hey,

Are you working with any other CPA network? If you are doing a serious business with other networks you can show the earnings or get a reference. They will definitely approve you.

i suggest actually writing them. Your english looks good enough to get a good written message to them.
Maxbounty wont give you a hard time if you are honest with them.

He proposed to me to drive some youtube views I asked for in the 'hire' section,
He told me to pay $50 (GPB 33) and after payment he told me his payment was 'pending' on Paypal (not true)
