Look into Gmx or Firstmail. That is What many agencies use when they link there email to the account since it doesn't ask you for verification when you enter you get the code.

Outlook works well. Use one single outlook email as a recovery email for all the outlook emails which you use for different Instagram.

Use a unique, verified email for each IG account, add 2FA, and avoid sharing recovery info or devices between accounts. Use real phone numbers and don’t log into many accounts from the same IP at once. For VAs, use team access tools instead of sharing passwords.

You can use Gmail or Outlook email without problems. Your account activity is what creates the major red flag.

use a real, unique email (ideally your own domain) and a different verified phone for each IG account. Enable 2FA. Warm up accounts slowly with normal daily activity from clean residential IPs and separate devices. Don’t reuse recovery info or spam automation. This greatly lowers the chance of getting flagged.
