1 - I've used real numbers cards. I found out that I can create up to 10 IG accounts with a delay of 3-5 days between creation, didn't tried the online Chinese numbers.
2. IG likes it more when you create it using phone number because that's their main option to register and IG it's a mobile app so logically when you register you would use your phone number instead of email, but it's not that important since premium emails (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, aol etc) are also very good for creation. But yes. the accounts created with phone numbers are a bit better than those created with emails. It all comes down with what you do with accounts after you create it. If you have accounts created with phone numbers and you start doing Adult CPA you would still have them banned.
PS Stay away from bad mails: mail.ru, yandex.ru if you want longevity for your accounts. If you want churn and burn, then you can use those emails since it will lesser your costs.
