Hello,
During the last days I am surfing on IG and I often see some sponsored ads form some IG business: they promise you to reach about 1.5k any months organically without using a bot or something like that.

In fact, they just want you to pay about 150$ and give them your @username, so they can grow your account.
How do they do without using BOTs or something like that?

Maybe they just hire someone for real cheap to post under a child account.
Or they could just be lying.

They could have big accounts that will shoutout your page to gain followers

Might be a Shoutout or M/S method. For M/S they might still do botting but not using your main account.

They can't be doing child accounts and selling it for $150.
