IG likes have dropped from 2000 to 500 - Why??

Hey guys,

I've seen over the last three days my likes crash and die a horrible death. I'm used to getting 1500-3000 likes a photo but now I'm getting 400-600. Weirdly my followers are naturally increasing at the same rate of 100-200 a day. My photos are quite interesting and the comments are engaging at a normal rate as well.

I'm using the same hashtags however I did boost my Instagress settings from high to maximum but I wouldn't have thought that would matter. Never the less, I've dropped my setting back to where they were before the weekend.

Has anyone else seen their likes drop as well? Could it be an algorithm change, possibly picking up accounts with automated settings?

I'm interested to know if there is a fix.

Mine did that a little while ago aswell, went from 600 - maybe like 200. I still have not found a reason behind this.

Ah really? When did you see you likes fall off?

Check the other threads in the Instagram section of BHW, a lot of people are complaining about likes dropping like crazy, I don't think you can do anything about it.Continue doing, what you're doing and hope for the likes to increase again
