IG Engagement Lately

All last week one of my client's engagement has been awful. I put her in some TG like threads and FB Niche follow groups... but it seems like virtually nothing helped. Are TG groups not active? Are their likes being blocked? Our accounts have been off Jarvee for weeks now, and even then they had painfully slow settings.

Ex: I posted 7 minutes ago... my client only has seven likes and 0 comments. I can't decide if we're blocked, we never received a warning indication.

Any insight would be helpful.
